I am a Board Certified Coach on a mission to help leaders and organizations do more than just succeed; I help them thrive with purpose. As the founder of Go Long Coaching & Consulting, I partner with higher education and non-profit professionals to unlock potential, strengthen leadership, and create cultures where people and missions flourish.
With two decades of experience in nearly every corner of student affairs in higher education: student activities, academic advising, residence life, veteran and international student services, mental health counseling, Title IX, and more. I bring a 360° perspective to my work. I understand not only the challenges leaders face, but also the opportunities that come from aligning values, vision, and action.
In my current role as Assistant Dean of Students and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at the University of New England, I lead with empathy, clarity, and strategy, fostering environments where students and professionals alike can reach their peak performance. My doctoral research focused on professional development for student affairs leaders, reflecting my deep commitment to strengthening the field and the people who lead it.
My clients know me as a trusted partner, equal parts coach, strategist, and catalyst, who blends research-backed strategies with a warm, engaging style. Whether in a one-on-one coaching session or facilitating a room full of leaders, I bring the same commitment: to help people do what they truly want and achieve greater success while they’re at it.
